The terms “We”, “us” and “our” are used interchangeably in the document and are referring to Tallbiten AB. Whenever “You” is used it is referring to the customer.
Conditions of use
Tallbiten AB and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. These are governed by Swedish laws which Fatimasnature online store should adhere to. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
A final and binding purchase agreement takes effect when your order has been confirmed and shipped by Fatimasnature online store. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email when the order has been shipped to you.
You always have the right to cancel the order without an extra charge before the order has been shipped and confirmed.
To make a purchase in the Fatimasnature online store you need to be at least 18 years old.
You are only allowed to purchase products in the Fatimasnature online store if you are a private consumer, i.e. not a business customer. If you are business customer and interested in some of the products you are welcome to contact us by sending a message using the contact form or sending an email to email@example.com.
We reserve the right to prevent persons from shopping via the Fatimasnature online store.
2. Prices and tax
All prices are stated inclusive of 25 % VAT for EU customers.
Tax and prices can be amended after an order has been placed in the Fatimasnature online store, e.g. when a price has been incorrectly stated, increased costs or changes in VAT. You have always the right to cancel the purchase without any extra charge if the products have not been sent.
Some banks might have extra fees for overseas transactions. This extra charge will not be reimbursed by us. Please contact your bank for more information.
3. Shipping costs
The products are most often sent separately and therefore the shipping cost may vary depending on the purchased order. Shipping is arranged with PostNord and the cost for shipping is 45 sek. The final cost for shipping will always be displayed at checkout.
For international deliveries, we are not responsible for local taxes and import duties that may apply.
On the website is possible to pay using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Payment is arranged securely through Stripe. You can read more about Stripe here https://stripe.com/.
Delivery time might vary since the photography products most often are printed on-demand. Expect a standard delivery time of 8-15 days. Some periods there might be no guaranteed delivery. If that is the case, it will be notified on the website.
We deliver to the following EU-countries (this does not include specific regions that is not a part of the EU’s tax area):

6. Deliveries not collected
If a package is to be picked up at a specific delivery point and is not claimed by you it will be returned to us. In such a scenario, we reserve the right to charge you any costs involved with the delivery of the products back to us.
7. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods it’s important that you inspect the goods immediately. If there are any damages you need to contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include an image of the damages.
8. Cancellation right
You have a 14-day cancellation right. This means that you are entitled to return the item and receive a refund during this period. The period begins the day after you have received the item. It is up to you to pay the postage costs. You can post the product however you like. The product shall be unused and undamaged, e.g. there shall be no fingerprints on the photographic products. Keep in mind that you and the carrier are responsible for the product until it’s received by us.
9. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product send immediately an email to email@example.com and include an image of the damage or defect. We will replace your product if possible or give you a refund.
10. Warranty terms
All products have a legal guarantee of 36 months, e.g. if the products should defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the guarantee period. The guarantee does not cover damage not resulting from manufacturing defects or general wear and tear due to the age of the product. To claim the guarantee you need your invoice/receipt. The guarantee period starts from the day you received the product.

11. Customer complaints
In case you disagree with our handling of a complaint you have the option to contact Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. You can find information about the complaint procedure here https://www.arn.se/.
It is also possible to submit a complaint to the European Commission official website the European Online Dispute Resolution platform https://ec.europa.eu/.
12. Products displayed on the webpage
We have no liability in the case of products’ visual or text misrepresentation. Due to calibration differences between different screens, the images will be displayed differently on different devices.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or for non-performance due to force majeure. Force majeure may include e.g. riots, government decisions, storms, fires, floods and war.
